Delivery Coverage

• We offer delivery within Australia, though some remote areas may have restrictions.

 

Delivery Methods and Fees

• For orders over $99, we provide free shipping across Australia.

• For orders under $99, a flat shipping fee of $20 will apply.

 

Delivery Speed

• Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days after confirmation. Please note that no shipments will be processed on Sundays or public holidays, and they will be postponed to the next business day.

• Delivery times range from 2-7 days, depending on your location within Australia, 

 

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number, which you can use to track your delivery status either on our platform or through the courier’s website.

 

Returns Request

• If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you may request a return within 15 days of receiving the item. 

• Please ensure that the product is unused and remains in its original packaging.

 

Non-returnable Items

• Promotional or clearance items (unless there is a specific quality issue)

 

Returns Process

• Please submit your return request via email, including the order number and reason for return.

• After confirmation from customer service, we will provide you with the return address, and you will need to delivery the item back within 7 days.

• Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund within 3-5 business days.

• The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

• If the return is due to product quality issues or shipping errors, we will cover the return delivery costs.

       • For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., dislike or not meeting expectations), the return delivery cost will be borne by the customer.
