Replacement Request Process
• Please provide the following information and contact us via our customer service email:
○ Order number
○ Product number (found on the packaging)
○ Photos of the missing or damaged parts (as shown in the instruction manual)
○ A detailed description of the missing/damaged parts
We will review and process your request within 5 business days of receiving it.
Replacement Fees
• If the missing or damaged parts are due to manufacturing defects or shipping issues, the replacement parts will be sent to you free of charge.
• If the parts are lost or damaged due to personal reasons (e.g., mishandling), you may be required to cover the cost of the replacement parts and delivery fees.
Shipping Method and Time
• Once your replacement request is approved, we will arrange for delivery. The delivery time for replacement parts is typically 14-21 business days, depending on stock availability and delivery location.
